    The African colanut has a deep ancient symbolic meaning in African culture. Used by men as an aphrodisiac and sleep repellant, cola, like most reffer to it, expresses its most potent significance in traditional African culture
    And the excitement is, in Kanuri, Ilesha and Enugu we found striking similarities in traditional practices with colanut as its central theme
